How much does Gel Separation cost?

Gel Separation costs A$9 (plus 90c GST) per sample.

What do I need to provide?

You will need to perform sequencing reactions in 200 microliter centrifuge tubes with ABI BigDye Terminator version 3.1 as per sequencing protocol . The completed sequencing reaction with a total volume of 20 µL should then be sent to AgGenomics for unincorporated dye terminators clean-up and gel separation.

Please seal the centrifuge tube with parafilm or equivalent tape and label the tubes clearly using a maximum of six characters.
