What does CSS cost?

CSS tests cost A$16 (plus $1.60 GST) per sample.

What do I need to provide?

Please supply 300-600ng of plasmid DNA with 1 µL of 3.2 µM (pmol/µL) primer. The final volume of the plasmid DNA and primer mixture should be 15.5 µL and placed in a 200 microliter centrifuge tube. Label the tubes clearly using a maximum of 6 characters.

Seal the centrifuge tube with parafilm or equivalent tape and mail your samples together with a copy of the order details to AgGenomics Pty. Ltd., Victorian AgriBiosciences Centre, 1 Park Drive, Bundoora, Victoria 3086, Australia.
