Mr Lang is the Company Secretary for AVS. He acts as  the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer for AVS and also provides business management services to Primary Industries Research Victoria.  Responsibilities of the role also include the governance and management of certain controlled and associated entities established to facilitate the technology commercialisation process.

Bruce has a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma of Education is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
